Job Overview Professional Lift Solutions is looking for a hands-on, travel-ready Site Manager who isn’t afraid to be on the road and in the field. In simple terms, this role is for someone who likes to move, visit job sites, talk to customers face-to-face, and make sure projects get done right . You’ll be managing elevator installation and modernization projects across different locations, working closely with our regional sales team and project management team. If you’re the type who likes variety in your days, enjoys problem-solving on-site, and can juggle multiple projects without needing constant supervision, this role is for you. This is not a desk-only job — you’ll be traveling regularly , visiting job sites, checking progress, and making sure everything meets Professional Lift Solutions’ standards. What You’ll Be Doing (Plain & Simple) Own projects from start to finish — scheduling work, coordinating people, and keeping everything moving. Travel to job sites to check progress, quality, safety, and code compliance. Make sure materials, equipment, and crews are ready and in the right place at the right time. Be the main point of contact for customers — over-communicate , give updates, and solve issues quickly. Keep all project paperwork organized and accurate (contracts, drawings, permits, etc.). Spot problems early and fix them before they become big issues . Work closely with sales, the project management team, subcontractors, and internal teams. Help improve how projects are managed as the company continues to grow. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma (required) Experience coordinating or managing projects (construction or field-based work is a big plus) Comfortable traveling frequently and working on-site Extremely organized and detail-oriented Strong communicator — you can talk to customers, the project management team, and leadership clearly and confidently Able to manage multiple projects at once without getting overwhelmed Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and QuickBooks Self-starter who can figure things out, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment Schedule & Travel Monday–Friday Standard Work Week - Potentially Monday-Thursday schedule dependent.
