The property offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on delivering strong operations, resident satisfaction, and leasing performance. This role will be primarily based on-site at the property. What you’ll do At Pierce Education Properties, the Community Manager is the CEO of the property and expected to be the driving force leading the property to success for owners and investors. The Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, as well as oversight and management of Personnel, Financials, Strategic Leasing, Customer Service and Resident Satisfaction, Administration and Risk Management of the property. Working with the Vice President of Operations, the Community Manager will create and implement programs to enhance property performance, customer satisfaction, and foster a positive work environment for team members. What we look for · A minimum of two years in Multi-Family Property Management – Student Housing preferred · Demonstrated knowledge and application of applicable codes, laws, and regulations (for example OSHA, EPA, ADA, Fair Housing, EEO) · Ability to speak, read and write English fluently · Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions · Experience with property management software · Able to work in a team setting or independently with little to no supervision · Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
