Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of office management practices. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, human resources knowledge, and an approachable demeanor to support our team effectively. Job Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Supervise investigative staff, providing guidance and support in their roles. Work closely with HR to enforce company policy, administer trainings, hire additional staff, and conduct performance reviews. Ensure excellent phone etiquette when managing multi-line phone systems. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management. Ensure the office is well stocked with necessary supplies, including stationary and cleaning supplies. Greet visitors and enforce physical security policies. Maintain and organize business documents and files, including personnel records. Maintain confidentiality Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, ensuring everything is in good working condition. Coordinate repairs and ensure the workplace is safe and comfortable. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires in coordination with Human Resources, which includes new hire paperwork, drug testing, workstation set up and training. Conduct ink fingerprints on an as needed basis. Conduct drug testing on a walk-in basis. Review and approve time off requests. Complete projects as assigned by the Executive Vice President of Operations. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in clerical duties such as filing, scheduling, and answering calls. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in training staff and developing team capabilities.
