Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Aseptic Filling Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical in ensuring the sterile filling of pharmaceutical or biotech products within a controlled cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of GMP standards, quality control procedures, and manufacturing processes, with the ability to operate specialized equipment and maintain strict sanitation protocols. Duties Operate aseptic filling machinery in compliance with CGMP and FDA regulations to ensure product integrity and safety. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical adjustments on filling equipment and associated machinery. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to verify product consistency and compliance with specifications. Handle materials and packaging components efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cleanroom environment according to strict sanitation protocols. Assist in assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished products while adhering to safety standards. Document production activities accurately, including batch records, equipment logs, and quality reports. Support materials handling tasks within the warehouse or production area as needed. Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or related fields; experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments is preferred. Knowledge of CGMP, FDA regulations, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse handling equipment. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and data recording. Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and aseptic techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks as required.
