Job description: Rogers Market is seeking a motivated Assistant General Manager to help our growing team and deliver exceptional guest experience. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to supervise team members, oversee inventory, and keep operations running smoothly throughout the store. What You’ll Do: Assist the General Manager in supervising, training, and supporting team members to deliver excellent service. Oversee inventory, ordering, and food safety compliance. Monitor sales and financial performance to achieve targets. Resolve guest issues promptly and effectively. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and equipment functionality in the store and exterior surrounding areas. Build relationships with returning customers. Step in to support staff during absences or peak volume periods. Foster a positive, productive team environment. What We’re Looking For: Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members. Dependability and reliability Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to thrive in a demanding environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of inventory management, financials, and food safety practices.
