In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability. Responsibilities Estimates and performing service calls. Diagnose and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed accurately. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to enhance service delivery. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in the electrical field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various electrical systems. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Clean criminal record (Minor infractions can be discussed). All tools needed to perform this job. Computer and iPad knowledge. Clean and organized. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to use extension ladders, lifts and bucket trucks.
