About the Role We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Dog Bather to join our grooming team. Bathers are an integral part of our operation — you set the dog’s coat for success and play a major role in ensuring each groom is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments (no cats). Experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Responsibilities Bathing, drying, and brushing dogs Nail trims and dremeling Ear cleaning Deshedding treatments Anal gland expression Safely handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments Cleaning tubs, tables, and work areas Supporting groomers by properly prepping coats for haircuts Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift 60–70 lbs Standing for extended periods What We’re Looking For Dependable and punctual Detail-oriented with pride in your work A self-starter / go-getter Comfortable and confident with large dogs Able to thrive in a busy, noisy grooming environment Experience & Training Experience preferred, but not required Cross-training opportunities may be available for other roles (Pet Care Specialist or Reception) for interested team members Perks Employee pet care discounts Uniforms provided Consistent weekday schedule (no weekends, no holidays) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $10.00 per hour Work Location: In person
