We serve major clients across various industries, including aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing. Summary We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to join our team in the US. Based in Sarasota , you will play a crucial role in driving sales of our ergonomic products by leveraging your technical expertise and sales skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company committed to improving workplace safety and efficiency. Your sales territory will be Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Mississippi. There is a base salary and sizable commission. You should plan to travel 20% of the time Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote ergonomic products within target markets. Engage with potential clients through product demonstrations and technical consultations Collaborate with engineering and other product teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including pre-sales activities. Track sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management Qualifications Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within material handling or similar technology sectors. Strong knowledge of CRM system (ACT or Sales Force). Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos. Demonstrated success in developing and managing territorial client relationships. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into customer benefits.
