How You Will Make an Impact
An Estimating/Engineering Intern will learn estimating and engineering processes.
What you will do:
Work with suppliers to source current pricing on products in our estimating files
Work with engineering to update BOM’s in estimating files
Work with estimating and purchasing teams to request pricing, data files, and related information for quotes
Program Requirements:
Be a full-time student in a 4-year college program in aligned Major: Mechanical Engineering
Junior year completed- preferred
Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Salesforce knowledge
Configure One (c1)
JDE knowledge or experience is a plus
Adhere to all company policies
Attend orientation and check-in meetings
Final presentation — prepare and present to company management
Work Environment
Professional office environment and work on a manufacturing floor
Sedentary work with extended periods of computer use
Must be able to wear required Personal Protective equipment (PPE) - if required
