Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor production machinery for the bagging of fertilizer.
• Inspect, and package products according to quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
• Assist with various projects including but not limited to plant maintenance and equipment maintenance.
• Provide support to the Dry Fertilizer Department to meet production goals.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Document production data accurately and complete necessary reports.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to communicate with customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Ability to work on a teamwork.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and carry 50lbs.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime during peak season.

Salary Description
$17.00 - $18.00
