Job Title: End of Line Operator Job Description The End of Line Operator is responsible for completing delegated tasks and handling scrap with dedication and proficiency to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on position that includes handling of inventory, proper storage, and shipment transfer of material to the warehouse while adhering to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures. This position works closely with the Line Manager.
Responsibilities • Responsible for all activities and operations of the end of the line.
• Follow all procedures regarding safety, process, and equipment for cutter and/or grinder.
• Fill out paperwork and conduct end of line SPC Tests every 30 minutes.
• Perform LT% checks every 15 minutes and make corrections if needed.
• Understand basic sheet faults and identify basic issues.
• Notify the correct personnel of issues that may arise beyond the ordinary.
• Inform the shift leader or line/operations manager of quality and process issues.
• Perform Appendix changes including Tape, PE, barcodes, AS/AF, etc.
• Replace tape and barcodes when they run out.
• Perform length and width changes.
• Conduct pallet changes.
• Perform Inkjet message tasks.
• Enter orders in SAP.
• Perform other duties and activities as directed.
Essential Skills • Experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment, specifically in the plastic manufacturing sector.
• Ability to follow safe manufacturing and material handling practices.
• Completion of 75% in categories PPF-01, 04, 09, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 before advancing to Operator-in-Training status.
Additional Skills & Qualifications • Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing or production.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr.
