Position Summary
ADM Group is seeking a Registered Architect with 8–10 years of professional experience to lead and deliver commercial architectural projects from concept through construction. This role requires strong technical expertise, design leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and clients in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership & Project Delivery
·      Lead architectural design and project delivery through all phases, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration
• Translate client requirements into clear, coordinated, and code-compliant design solutions
• Support and contribute to design concepts while ensuring constructability, budget alignment, and schedule adherence
Technical & Documentation
• Prepare and oversee the production of construction drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, zoning ordinances, accessibility standards, and industry regulations
• Perform quality control reviews of architectural and consultant documents
Project Management & Coordination
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants
• Respond to RFIs, submittals, change orders, and field issues during construction
• Attend client meetings, consultant coordination meetings, and site visits
Client & Team Collaboration
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects
• Mentor junior staff and support team development
• Collaborate with Principals and Project Managers to achieve project and firm goals
Qualifications
Required
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• Registered Architect (RA) license
• 8–10 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio of commercial projects
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft applications
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural detailing
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
Preferred
• Experience in Education, Commercial Office, Municipal, or Aviation markets
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff
• Construction administration experience
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED projects
