Endurant Disaster Recovery is expanding, and we are excited to announce the opening of our new Parker Young Restoration office in Athens, Georgia. We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Specialist to help us grow our presence in the Athens market.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a territory, develop key relationships, and make a direct impact on the growth of a rapidly scaling restoration platform across the Southeast.

The Role
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for building and managing relationships that generate new restoration and reconstruction opportunities throughout the Athens area.
You will be the face of Parker Young in the market, working closely with commercial and residential referral sources.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage a target list of commercial and residential accounts in the Athens market
• Build relationships with property managers, facility teams, insurance agents, brokers, and adjusters
• Establish referral partnerships with residential service providers and community contacts
• Conduct in-person visits, lunches, and events to drive new opportunities
• Identify and secure Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) with key commercial accounts
• Track all activity and pipeline in CRM
• Coordinate closely with operations to ensure excellent client experience
• Represent Parker Young and Endurant at local industry associations and events
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years in business development, sales, or account management
• Restoration, construction, property management, or insurance experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a growth environment
• Organized and comfortable using CRM systems
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
