Clinical Nurse Manager-Surgical Oncology Unit
The Nurse Manager oversees patient care delivery, staff development, and unit operations in collaboration with Patient Care Services.
• Requires a Bachelor's in Nursing and relevant professional license.
• Must hold Oncology certification and have at least 3 years of Medical/Surgical experience, including 2 years in Oncology.
• National certification is mandatory, with expected completion within one year of eligibility.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
This full-time position offers a salary range of $94,099 to $146,452 annually and includes benefits such as 401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and relocation assistance. The role is in-person.
