Distribution & Logistics Manager – Medical Devices
We’re looking for a logistics leader to own end-to-end distribution for a growing medical device portfolio. This is a high-impact role overseeing 3PLs, rep inventory, and FDA-compliant delivery to healthcare providers nationwide.
Position Overview:
• Medical device distribution across 3PLs, distributors, and field reps
• Inventory planning, stock rotation, demand forecasting, and expiration control
• Inbound/outbound logistics, carrier management, and route optimization
• FDA, UDI, and ISO 13485 compliance (21 CFR Part 820)
• Traceability, lot control, shipment tracking, and risk mitigation
• Leadership of logistics teams plus matrix management of Purchasing & Planning
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in logistics or supply chain leadership
• 3+ years in medical devices, pharma, or regulated healthcare
• Strong FDA distribution and traceability experience
• ERP/WMS/TMS experience and a data-driven mindset
• Ability to improve, scale, and own complex operations
