Updates senior management on issues related to facilities engineering and presents solutions to mitigate challengesEstablish the vision and strategy of the Technical Services organization and ensuring clients receive exceptional service.Consults with customers on changing industry trends/projections/budget planning/etc.Lead the Asset Management strategy for GOSOversee the Variable Mobile Engineering team. Working with the Mobile Engineering leader to develop and deliver growth strategy and P&L targets.Responsible for engineering and asset support for IFM transitionsLead organization to provide business ownership and services as operational SME’s for IFM CMMS system(s)Identifies opportunities for delivery, service quality, innovation and process improvement in technical services on an on-going basis.Manage and enhance a sustainable performance measurements for internal benchmarking and identify industry data to leverage for external benchmarking.Actively manage and mentor future leadership and management of the organization. Work to identify top engineering talent and focus on the development and retention of these key players.Supports sales and marketing efforts to secure new business.
