We're looking for an experienced leader to guide a team of business intelligence professionals and help shape the data strategy across our organization. This role requires a strong balance of technical depth, business acumen, and people leadership. You'll lead BI initiatives end-to-end, fostering a high-performance team while driving impactful analytics solutions that align with business priorities.
What You'll Be Doing
• Oversee and mentor a growing team of BI analysts and engineers, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
• Develop and implement a scalable BI roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and drives data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions.
• Build and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Improve and manage SQL queries and ensure efficient data operations across cloud-based platforms like Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Serve as a strategic liaison between business teams and technical staff to ensure alignment and clarity on initiatives.
• Lead BI projects from start to finish, navigating shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Offer guidance and professional development support to junior team members.
Your Background
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related area.
• 5-7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficient in BI tools and cloud data environments, including but not limited to Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SQL, and platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven leadership in managing teams, fostering growth, and delivering high-impact solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, paired with the ability to see the big picture.
• Effective communicator who can simplify complex technical data into clear, strategic business insights.
• Experience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior exposure to healthcare data environments is a bonus, but not required.
