Production Assembler / Woodworking Technician Location: Macungie, PA
Shift: 1st Shift (Full‑Time)

Job Description A manufacturing facility in Macungie is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Production Assembler to support the building and assembly of high‑quality musical and electronic components. This role involves hands‑on assembly, woodworking, inspection, and general production support in a clean, organized environment. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
Responsibilities • Assemble components and sub‑assemblies according to blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Perform woodworking tasks such as sanding, fitting, drilling, and finishing parts
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency
• Assist with material handling, staging parts, and preparing components for production
• Report defects, inconsistencies, or equipment issues to supervisors
• Follow all safety guidelines, quality standards, and production procedures
• Support continuous improvement efforts and collaborate with team members
Requirements • Previous experience in assembly, woodworking, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and basic measurements
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to production needs

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Macungie, PA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
