What You’ll Do • Operate manual and computer‑controlled semiconductor and optical processing equipment
• Set up, calibrate, and run complex machinery for wafer, photolithography, and optical component production
• Follow detailed technical procedures for cleaning, pattern transfer, measurement, and metrology tasks
• Use computer software to track production data, run reports, and document process steps
• Inspect components for defects and ensure all products meet strict quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow cleanroom and safety protocols
What You Bring • Experience with electronics assembly, microscopes, precision inspection, or fine‑detail work
• Basic computer skills (Excel/Word for data entry and documentation)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working with precision tools
• Curiosity and willingness to learn advanced semiconductor and optical equipment

Cleanroom Work Environment You’ll work in a state‑of‑the‑art cleanroom wearing a full bunny suit (hood, gloves, shoe covers). This ensures components stay free of dust while you work with high‑precision semiconductor and optical tools .
12‑Hour Shifts Day Shift: 6am–6pm
Night Shift: 6pm–6am
A Shift: Sun–Tue + alternating Wed
B Shift: Thurs–Sat + alternating Wed
C Shift (Nights): Sun–Tue + alternating Sat
D Shift (Nights): Wed–Fri + alternating Sat
Work 36 hours one week / 48 hours the next
• → Guaranteed 8 hours of overtime every other week
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Breinigsville, PA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr.
