The Construction Estimator’s primary responsibility is estimating commercial construction projects from 500k to 15 mil. This position requires a full knowledge of CSI divisional cost codes and awareness of varying construction methods and building practices The Construction Estimator should have the ability to read and understand blueprints and translate into accurate quantity takeoffs. The position requires full knowledge of commercial budgeting and construct-ability analysis as well as must have strong ability to multitask.
