Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in telemetry for our cardiac telemetry unit.
The patient population includes adults and geriatric patients.
Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
First-time travelers are accepted.
The nurse will be responsible for managing patients with congestive heart failure and cardiac diseases.
Candidates must possess skills in telemetry and the interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
The expected patient-to-nurse ratio is 4-5 patients per nurse.
Nurses will work every other weekend unless specified otherwise.
Floating to sister units within the service line may be required.
No call requirements are applicable.
If any major holidays occur during the assignment period, the nurse is expected to work.
Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
Full compliance with requirements is necessary for timely start.
Two supervisory references are preferred for submission.
Candidates must be available to work within specified RTO guidelines.
This position allows for local candidates as well.
