Salary: $55,000-$75,000
We’re looking for a detail‑driven Construction Estimator to support a growing project pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, communicates clearly, and enjoys working in a fast‑paced construction environment. Roofing experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate with strong estimating or construction knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
• Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Perform material takeoffs and labor calculations
• Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing and scope details
• Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and budget estimates
• Track project costs and update estimates as needed
• Maintain organized records of estimates, revisions, and supporting documentation
• Assist with value‑engineering options and cost‑saving recommendations
Qualifications
• Experience in construction estimating, project coordination, or a related field
• Roofing knowledge preferred but not required
• Strong math, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Proficiency with estimating software or willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
