Production Supervisor
The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Reading, PA area.
Title: Production Supervisor (1st Shift)
Location: Reading, PA
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate daily team activities
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Support process improvements to boost quality and productivity
• Train and develop team members
• Enforce company policies and address performance issues
• Manage attendance and staffing needs
• Support material flow and production requirements
• Lead daily meetings to communicate goals and expectations
• Maintain accurate production and personnel documentation
• Address workflow issues and remove bottlenecks
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a production or assembly environment
• Familiarity with Lean principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
