Operations Manager
Role Description
Garage Flooring Pros is a multi-state, high-growth home services company operating across 10 markets, 5 states, and 30+ production crews . We’re looking for a strong, experienced Operations Manager to bring structure, accountability, and execution to the core of our business. This is not a desk-only role. You’ll be hands-on, leading people, fixing bottlenecks, and driving results across scheduling, customer service, and production.
What you'll own:
• Oversee daily operations across 10 markets and 30+ crews
• Direct leadership of scheduling, customer service, and production teams
• Ensure jobs are scheduled correctly, crews are deployed efficiently, and customers are taken care of
• Create accountability, enforce standards, and improve processes
• Identify breakdowns fast and fix them faster
• Work closely with ownership to scale operations as the company grows
What we're looking for"
• Proven leadership experience (this is non-negotiable)
• Background in operations, field services, construction, home services, or multi-location businesses
• Comfortable managing high volume, fast pace, and real accountability
• Strong communicator who doesn’t avoid hard conversations
• Organized, decisive, and execution-focused
Location Requirement
• This role is based in our North Port, Florida office
• In-office presence required — remote need not apply
Reports to Chief Operating Officer & works directly with ownership.
