Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team.
The candidate must have a minimum of one year of experience.
First-time travelers are accepted.
The role involves providing advanced respiratory care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
The therapist will be responsible for ventilator management and administering medicated aerosol treatments.
Experience with BiPAP management and open heart cases is essential.
The position requires expertise in intubation, arterial blood gas (ABG) draws and analysis, and other critical care practices.
The therapist will work in a 24/7 department, covering all floors of the facility, including intensive care units and emergency departments.
Candidates must have experience with required equipment and charting systems.
The ability to float within the facility and work weekends is required.
Holidays are expected to be covered, with specific policies in place regarding major holidays.
Full compliance with documentation is required before starting the role.
A combination of supervisory references is preferred for evaluation.
