What your responsibilities will be as a Talent Acquisition Specialists:
• Delivering full-cycle recruiting for each Dermatology Partners location in their territory
• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions
• Preparing Job Postings and posting to Job boards, and ATS system accordingly
• Coordinating qualified candidates with hiring managers and providing candidate feedback and/or provide the verbal offers and follow up with hiring procedures
• Continue to assist candidates during the on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition
• Performing customer service functions by answering candidate and employee requests and questions
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
• Participating in and travel to industry events to built talent pipeline (Career Fairs)
• Communicating regularly with hiring managers to go over open jobs and status with recruitment and candidates for the open positions
• Time to fill/Conversion rate of candidates to hires
• Maintaining awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards
• Monitoring hiring process to find areas to improve on an on-going basis
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What we look for :
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment (2 years)
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System is a Plus!
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Team focused and is able to follow detailed instructions carefully with limited oversight
• Organized, detail oriented, punctual and professional
• Eager to grow and learn with the company
• Fluency in computer systems and a variety of software packages
• Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
• Passionate about recruitment and talent management
** This is not remote . This position is on-site in our Home Office location in Birdsboro, Pa – Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm**
