HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a C11 Licensed Foreman to support an upcoming new construction electrical project. This role will provide on-site leadership and serve as the responsible C11 license holder, coordinating electricians, general labor, and supplier partners across electrical, low-voltage, and limited MEP piping scopes.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the on-site Foreman for new construction electrical work.
• Act as the responsible C11 license holder for the project (license rental arrangement).
• Supervise and coordinate local electricians and general labor crews.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners supporting electrical, low-voltage, and select MEP piping work.
• Plan and manage daily work activities, manpower, and schedules.
• Ensure all work complies with C11 licensing requirements, electrical codes, and project specifications.
• Communicate with project leadership, subcontractors, and site stakeholders.
• Support material coordination, deliveries, and supplier communication.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and quality expectations.
• Assist with inspections, walkthroughs, and issue resolution.
• Provide hands-on leadership and problem-solving throughout construction phases.
Qualifications
• Active Arizona C11 Electrical Contractor License (required).
• Prior experience as a Foreman or Lead on commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Experience with new construction electrical work.
• Familiarity with low-voltage systems and basic MEP piping coordination is a plus.
• Ability to supervise mixed crews of licensed electricians and general labor.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, jobsite coordination, and construction sequencing.
• Reliable, hands-on leader comfortable working full-time on-site.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working in large, complex construction environments preferred.
