Job Description • Open to commuting to Athens office or working on site in Atlanta
• Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Analyze project performance and implement improvements for future projects.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant A successful Sr. Project Manager should have:
• Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the commercial construction industry.
• 7+ years exp as PM or higher with a General Contractor
• Experience in at least 2 of the following sectors: Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Education
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring client satisfaction.
