About Our Client The client is a global 3PL organization known for optimizing large‑scale logistics operations. The group trades $20b+globally, operates a $300m+ business in North America, and is launching a world-class warehouse/distribution center in Bernville PA.
Job Description • Lead or coordinate logistics engineering projects from design through execution.
• Train and mentor engineering staff, reviewing work and providing development support.
• Conduct advanced analytics, forecasts, and system reviews to guide operational decisions.
• Develop proposals, reports, layouts, capacity models, and operational studies.
• Present recommendations and insights to senior management.
• Coordinate cost models, assumptions, and risk analyses for large‑scope projects.
• Design and implement SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Monitor project milestones, remove obstacles, and engage stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
• Create specialized performance metrics and work with teams to resolve issues.
• Respond to internal and external customer requests with timely, accurate analysis.

The Successful Applicant • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum five years of engineering experience, including complex or specialized work in a logistics / warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of industrial or mechanical engineering principles.
• Ability to manage, audit, and analyze multiple engineering systems and databases.
• Skilled in developing advanced analytics, reports, and operational communications.
