Machine Operator
Pay: $22/Hour

Shift: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday
Location: Reading, PA
Responsibilities:
•
Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, staging, picking, packing, and shipping
•
Coordinate material flow to support production schedules
•
Operate forklifts and ensure safe material handling practices
•
Train, assign tasks, and support warehouse team members
•
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
•
Ensure shipments are accurate and properly documented
•
Communicate with production and shipping teams to resolve issues
•
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
•
3+ years of steady warehouse experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
•
3+ years of lead or supervisory experience
•
Forklift experience required (certification a plus)
•
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
•
Basic computer and inventory system skills (FedEx and UPS Systems a plus)
•
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
