Job Description • Manage all phases of construction fromprecon to closeout
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee safety compliance and quality control standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

The Successful Applicant • 7+ years of experience as a PM orSPM in commercial construction
• Successful track record in healthcare, hospitality, retail, or education builds
• Strong communication and client‑facing capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast‑paced environments
• Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
• A driven professional seeking long‑term growth
