Job Description • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop project schedules and manage timelines effectively.
• Monitor budgets and control project costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
• Lead project teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have:
• A strong background in construction project management within the commercial construction industry
• 7+ years exp as PM or higher with a GC.
• Experience in at least 2 of the following sectors: Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Education
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
