Description: Job description Unicast Company is a Gray Iron Foundry that is located in Boyertown, PA, that is searching for a qualified experienced manufacturing maintenance technician. Requirements: Maintenance Technician Position Summary: Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled repairs on various production and facility equipment to return it to peak operational efficiency. Must be able to troubleshoot, repair and maintain plant production equipment. Basic fabrication skills. Use of hand tools, portable electric tools & typical shop stationary equipment. Skills such as welding, hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting & repair, basic electrical (fuse replacement, small motor replacement, etc.) Comply with facility safety rules. Participate in safety initiatives. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Experience/Knowledge: High School diploma or equivalent. Good general skills including: lubrication, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, machining, piping, sheet metal, electrical, etc. Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays, as required.
Salary: $28 - $31 an hour
