Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for inter-company mail and opening all mail for Field Operations.
-Posting ingredient usage from previous day; Recap feed tickets on feed loaded each day.
- Typing for all Field Operations (letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, etc).
- Typing Weekly Field Operations Report and distribute to managers.
- Keeping an accurate accounting of vacation days taken for all Field Operations.
- Overseeing Avian Influenza blood tests done for each farm and lab results are kept in AI notebook.
- At month's end, log onto National Chicken Council website and give accounting of totals for all farms sold (breeder and broiler).
- Tripmaster Administrator duties
- Regular maintenance and daily backup.
- Weekly Fuel Usage and Mileage report for PPC Transportation.
- Back up for Feed Haul clerk.
- Back up for Requisitioner for Broiler, Breeder, Hatchery, Feed Mill and Haul Departments.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Good Math skills required. - Computer skills to include a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook needed). - Ability to learn SAP. - Should be a good communicator. - Ability to multi-task. - Must successfully pass a background check.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
