Cool Air Mechanical, Atlanta's finest 5-star Heating and Cooling Company, is currently looking for Retail HVAC Sales Associates to generate HVAC leads at Costco and select events and select Home Shows in and around Georgia. We are hiring at the following Costco locations in Georgia: Athens Travel required: Northwest metro Atlanta to southwest metro Atlanta with reliable transportation. Required Credentials: A sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills. Ability to walk the floor during working house to increase customer interaction Willingness/ability to engage with customers within an in-store setting. Some sales experience. Willingness/ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Cool Air Mechanical has a robust training program and will teach the right candidates how to be successful. Due to our expansive growth, we are looking to hire qualified individuals immediately. We offer hourly pay PLUS an excellent commission / bonus package. Starting pay is $18 per hour + commission, and annual compensation is based on performance.
