Job Summary Join our vibrant educational community as a Substitute Teacher and inspire students across various grade levels by delivering engaging, well-structured lessons. Duties Implement lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher, ensuring smooth instructional flow. Manage classroom behavior effectively using established behavior management strategies. Support students’ social-emotional development by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. Assist with curriculum delivery across subjects such as literacy, math, early childhood education, and special education needs. Maintain classroom order and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Communicate regularly with school staff regarding student progress or behavioral concerns. Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles, including working with children with autism or special needs. Requirements Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or early childhood education. Strong knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and delivering engaging lessons across multiple subjects. Familiarity with Montessori, literacy education, math instruction, and childhood development principles. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents. Demonstrated ability to work with students of varying abilities, including those requiring special education support.
