Growing HVAC company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse activities to include receiving equipment & materials, pulling materials for installation jobs, strict adherence to proper inventory standards and managing warehouse staff. Responsibilities Refresh warehouse layout to optimize space utilization Spearhead initiative to overhaul warehouse procedures Supervise and participate in pulling of jobs on a daily basis Daily receiving of multiple shipping trucks Review inventory reports with key management personnel Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted Must be able to drive a forklift Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives Proven ability to lead others Utilizes sound judgement when making critical decisions Foster working environment that prioritizes safety above all else Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
