Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care and support clinical operations. Your expertise will help ensure smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality medical care. Must be a team player and self-motivated. This position is 40 hours and requires Monday-Thursday availability between 7am-6pm. Fridays, weekends, and holidays off. Duties Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, vital signs, and current medications Assist Physician with procedures Submit authorizations for medications and imaging Room patients and coordinating care Requirements Certified Medical Assistant credential from an accredited program or institution Up-to-date certification Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology Authorization experience Knowledge of EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient record management Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
