Responsibilities Oversee daily café operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive work environment Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages Manage cash handling procedures using POS systems POS.
