Weekend availability (Friday‘s and Saturday's from 4pm-9pm) The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in dining settings. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of food and beverage safety, and the ability to manage time effectively while providing an exceptional experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking drink orders. Process transactions accurately using POS and credit card payments efficiently. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings prefered. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance. Experience in food handling, cashiering, brewing, or retail math is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
