Responsibilities: Provide hands-on assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing Support safe mobility and transfers, including use of assistive devices Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed Monitor and report changes in client’s condition to care coordinator or supervisor Build meaningful relationships by offering companionship and emotional support Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care Maintain clear and respectful professional boundaries Follow individualized care plans and company policies at all times Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience preferred (home care, facility, or private duty) Reliable and punctual, with strong time management and communication skills Compassionate, patient, and respectful in all interactions Able to work independently and as part of a team Must be comfortable with physical activity and personal care tasks Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred CPR/First Aid certification a plus Must pass background check and provide references Why Join Us?
