Verizon Representative Responsibilities:
• Deliver timely, personalized solutions by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and service needs with professionalism and efficiency.
• Manage client interactions through direct, brand-aligned engagement, including renewals, new sales, and ongoing support.
• Travel within assigned territories to meet with clients, expand market presence, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Support and mentor fellow Verizon Representatives by sharing best practices in sales strategy, relationship building, and operational processes.
• Maintain strong organizational habits to ensure accuracy, productivity, and effective time management.
• Stay informed on industry developments, product updates, and emerging technologies to strengthen sales expertise.
• Communicate strategically through active listening and collaboration to align client needs with business objectives.
• Identify sales opportunities to improve client engagement and drive revenue growth, contributing ideas to leadership and team members.

Verizon Representative Preferred Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, client relations, or leadership.
• Previous experience in a Verizon Representative role is a strong plus.
