Supply & Operations Business Analyst
The Strategy & Operations Analytics Specialist is responsible for translating strategy into execution at the local level. This role provides fact‑based insights, decision support, and analytical leadership to enable informed decision‑making by the local leadership team. The position plays a critical role in coordinating and executing global strategic initiatives while driving local operational excellence, cost optimization, and resource effectiveness.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Analytics & Decision Support
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from production and supporting functions to identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvement (e.g., capacity utilization, make‑vs‑buy analysis, automation opportunities, technology optimization).
• Develop robust business cases, scenario analyses, and financial models to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Present clear, concise recommendations and insights to the local leadership team to enable data‑driven decisions.
Strategy Deployment & Execution
• Coordinate the annual local strategy deployment process, ensuring alignment with global Operations & Supply strategy.
• Track, govern, and drive execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones, benefits realization, and accountability.
• Act as the local point of contact for global strategy initiatives, ensuring effective translation and execution at site level.
Resource & Portfolio Management
• Coordinate resource management activities including project portfolio oversight, capital expenditure (Capex) planning, and capacity management.
• Prioritize initiatives based on strategic impact, financial return, and operational feasibility.
Financial & Performance Management
• Partner closely with Local Finance to support budget planning and forecasting by developing a robust pipeline of savings and value creation initiatives.
• Monitor cost savings, performance improvements, and benefits realization tied to strategic initiatives.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Operational Excellence teams to ensure effective implementation, governance, and follow‑up of initiatives.
• Participate actively in the Global Strategy & Operations Analytics network to share best practices, tools, and insights across the organization.
Monthly Salary Range: $7785 - $9731
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree is required (Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or related field)
• Minimum of three years of advanced statistical analysis with clear strategic and business implications. Must have experience in operations analytics, cost management and business case development.
• Deep functional expertise in one or more areas of supply chain (manufacturing processes, logistics, procurement, etc.)
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Demonstrated consulting style problem solving capabilities with a structured, data-driven approach.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills; exceptional attention to data accuracy and detail.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex analysis to senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment and build credibility at all organizational levels.
• Ability to perform the essential functions assigned to the position.
