Do you enjoy running reports, building, writing, and maintaining IT hardware and software? This is a professional and technical position responsible for the daily management, administrative, and technical functions which support the operation and maintenance of SCADA systems Servers for multiple water reclamation facilities and related appurtenances.
•
Develops, tests, enhances and maintains SCADA software, hardware, and equipment.
•
Gathers, reviews, and formats data for reports, data processing, and presentations.
•
Reviews plans, specifications, and reports for accuracy and compliance with standards.
•
Assists with project administration, and works with outside contractors and developers.
•
Assists the Project Manager with the implementation of associated projects to enhance and fortify the SCADA system and network.
•
Writes, tests, and deploys HMIs, PLC programs ms, and SQL programs.
•
Maintains, repairs, monitors, and/or calibrates a variety of electronic, hydraulic/pneumatic, etc.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
About You Minimum Qualifications
•
Minimum of a two-year degree with two (2) years of related experience
•
-OR- a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
•
Experience may substitute for formal education at the discretion of management
•
A Valid Florida Driver's license at the time of hire
Preferred Qualifications
•
Certified as Wonderware Developer, experience working with SQL databases, Project Management training.
Subject to Passing Substance Screening: This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening.  An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment in any class for a period of five (5) years.
About Everything Else Starting Pay Range: $26.72- $36.07
Full Salary Range (Future earning potential): $26.72- $45.42
