View Company Profile Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Value Stream Manager - PowerWave2. This role will take place out of our new Hodges plant that is located in Greenwood, SC. Relocation assistance is able to be offered for qualified candidates within the United States.
The Value Stream Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the PW2 value stream process. This role will be overseeing two production supervisors across two shifts, first and third. This role will focus on optimizing the flow of work from schedule to delivery, ensuring maximum efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement in the production process. The incumbent will support the Operations Manager with key strategic initiatives for the value stream.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
• Lead daily operations for 60+ shop floor employees, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all processes.
• Serve as backup for the Operations Manager, making key decisions and managing activities across value streams.
• Develop and implement Current and Future State Maps using Lean principles to eliminate waste and optimize flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process changes, technology upgrades, and policy enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing) to meet productivity and scheduling goals.
• Align demand forecasts with capacity plans to ensure optimal schedule execution and resource utilization.
• Analyze operational data and key metrics, identifying improvement opportunities and executing action plans.
• Present performance results and improvement strategies in leadership forums, customer visits, and operations reviews.
• Develop staffing strategies and foster employee engagement, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
• Ensure a safe work environment through proactive accident prevention, investigations, and compliance with safety policies.
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution with 5 or more years of experience in manufacturing or related functions OR a High School Diploma/GED with 8 or more years of experience in manufacturing or related functions.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing or operations environment

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and Agile methodologies; experience in managing end-to-end production processes
