Job Responsibilities Provides program leadership, management, planning, and administration in the Cardiovascular Technology program. Includes operation and supervision of CVT program (Invasive and Adult Echocardiography), coordination of scheduling classes, enrollment, instruction, advisement, recruiting, and retention of students, program marketing and the provision of services to the College and community in a professional manner. Includes curriculum and instructional development, assessment functions to include program learning outcomes and student learning outcomes
Minimum and Additional Requirements Faculty teaching associate degree courses not designed for transfer to the baccalaureate degree requires a bachelor's degree in the teaching discipline (health/social sciences related), or associate's degree and demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline (health/social sciences related); registered in non-invasive cardiovascular specialty (cardiac sonography), must hold licensure.
Preferred Qualifications Teaching experience at the two-year college level is preferred.
