Hourly Range: $36.60 - $45.00 (based on education and experience)
Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (will be discussed further during interview)
Occupational Therapist
This position is responsible for the provision of occupational therapy services for those patients primarily ages 0-3 years in the Infant Child Development (ICD) program who demonstrate delays or deficits in activities of daily living (including play), neuromuscular, sensory-intergrative, cognitive, or psychosocial abilities. Plans, organizes and implements occupational therapy services for patients and families in the ICD program including comprehensive assessment, development of treatment plan, delivery and documentation of service, education, consultation, and discharge/transition planning.

Position Qualifications
• Minimum Education
• Bachelors of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy [REQUIRED]
• Minimum Experience
• One year of experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred [PREFERRED]
• Required Registration/License/Certification
• Kansas Occupational Therapy License [REQUIRED]
• Valid Kansas Driver’s License [DOCUMENT]
• Basic Life Support certification from either client CPR/AED for the Health Care Provider or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider) successfully completed within the first 90 days of employment.
