💰 Pay: $22–$28/hr (based on experience) + 15% Night Shift Differential

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You’ll Do • Operate advanced equipment used in semiconductor processing
• Perform photolithography, etching, substrate cleaning, and related tasks
• Set up and maintain manual and computer‑controlled machinery
• Work as part of a team to process wafers and optical components
• Monitor quality and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What We’re Looking For • High school diploma or GED
• Basic Microsoft Excel & Word skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs
• Strong manual dexterity; comfortable using microscopes
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn new technical skills

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr.
