An established, growth-minded RIA in the Scottsdale/Phoenix metro area is looking to add a second Associate Wealth Advisor to its team in early 2026.
This is an ideal opportunity for a CFP® (or candidate) who’s ready to take the next step in her advisory career—combining the structure and mentorship of a top-tier firm with the freedom to build a long-term book of business and future equity.
💼 The Role: Grow, Serve, and Lead
You’ll begin by:
• Serving an existing book of clients alongside a senior advisor
• Receiving mentorship and strategic guidance from an experienced leadership team
• Gradually building your own client base with full marketing, back-office, and compliance support
• Earning bonus and revenue share incentives as you grow
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Phoenix-based (or willing to relocate)
• CFP® certification (or pursuing)
• A client-first, planning-oriented mindset
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Ideally some AUM or client relationships to transition, but not required
• Passionate about growing with a team in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture
💰 Compensation & Support:
• $65K–$75K base salary , depending on experience and book
• Quarterly bonuses and upside revenue participation
• CFP® exam support and marketing resources
• Direct mentorship from a senior advisor and a clear career path toward lead advisor or partnership
