Key Responsibilities:
• Own day-to-day indirect tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely state and local filings
• Review sales & use, property, gross receipts, and other indirect tax returns
• Maintain tax calendars, accruals, reconciliations, and related journal entries
• Monitor tax settings, rate tables, and perform validation testing within tax/ERP systems
• Respond to tax inquiries and support audits and unclaimed property compliance
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure proper tax treatment and identify process improvements

Seeking:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of indirect tax experience, with strong focus on sales and use tax
• Solid understanding of multistate tax rules and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working with tax automation tools and ERP systems preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
